The current billing month is non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

We ship domestically and internationally.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delivery delays once packages are in the possession of the carrier.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
AromaBrand does not accept returns.
However, we may offer a replacement for defective or damaged products, evaluated case by
case.
To request a replacement, contact us at support@aromabrand.com with your order number
and photos of the issue.
Shipping cost for defective replacements will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case
basis.
No cash refunds will be issued.
7. WARRANTIES
