All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

AromaBrand offers subscription billing for certain products.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Subscription terms:

You may cancel anytime.
The current billing month is non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delivery delays once packages are in the possession of the carrier.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

AromaBrand does not accept returns.
However, we may offer a replacement for defective or damaged products, evaluated case by case.
To request a replacement, contact us at support@aromabrand.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping cost for defective replacements will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
No cash refunds will be issued.

7. WARRANTIES

AromaBrand does not provide warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Products are sold “as is” and “as available.”

8. USER ACCOUNTS

Users may create an account to store information and track orders.
By creating an account, you confirm you are 12 years or older.
